There is no need to worry. If you forget your password, just click on ‘New Password’ at the end of the login form, enter your user name or email and the system will email you a new password immediately.
How can I edit my profile information?
Go to
My Account (on the top right corner next to your image) and then click on the green edit tab. Use the blue headers to navigate between the settings for your account, your professional background and your social networks and Twitter accounts.
Can I receive email notifications about recent posts and updated content?
Members can choose how they would like to receive email notifications. Go to
your account and then to Notification Settings:

Administer your Subscriptions: see what content you are following and add new content to follow.

Edit your Notification Settings: this takes you to your profile page. At the bottom, you can administer the frequency of how often you get email alerts, and how they are sent to you. (personal email address or your iConnect-Online account)

Temporarily Disable them all (useful when you go on holidays, for example).

Cancel all your Subscriptions.

Create a New Subscription per content types in ‘Groups’ and/or ‘Thread’.
Additionally, you may subscribe to all comments for content you created by selecting the auto-subscribe option in your profile settings (scroll down to Messaging and Notification settings)
Can everybody who visits the iConnect-Online website see my profile information?
Visitors to the website can only view your profile picture, user name, status update, groups, professional area and other skills. Any file or resource posted in a blog, event, news, discussion, etc. cannot be viewed by the general public. Only registered members for iConnect-Online that have signed in can view the rest of your personal account information and all posted content. If you want to send a private message you must contact the user directly. To do this, click on the green contact tab within their profile page.
