Information and Communication Technology has not only succeeded in transforming the world into a miniature community but has made it possible for mankind to be developing another dwelling place beyond the moon besides the planet Earth.
Years back, the Ghana of Government established the Community Information Centres (CICs) with the aim of helping bridge the digital divide between urban and rural dwellers in the country. In 2011, IICD and GINKS visited two of the community information centres in Bimbilla and Yendi and had an interaction with the centre managers who talks about the Successess, Challenges and Opportunities with the management of the various CIC centres.
