Second Global AgriKnowledge Share Fair

The second Global AgriKnowledge Share Fair will take place in Rome in September 2011. This event was first instigated in 2009 by Rome-based agencies Bioversity International, CGIAR ICT-KM programme, FAO, IFAD and WFP. Since then, three additional share fair have taken place on a regional level in 2010.

This global event will focus on, among other topics, the innovative use of mobile technology and/or social media in the agricultural sector to enhance food security and nutrition.
