Inviting anyone creating ICT facilities to join the discussion

I'm starting what I hope to be a 150-200 seat BPO facility in the Kibera Community of Nairobi and would like to exchange stories, ideas, learnings, etc with others working to establish similar organizations in other developing communities.  I believe in sharing what we learn to ease the burden and to compile best practices for our use in program growth, replication, and success.
