How can I share an audio resource?

Audio resources can be a podcast, an interview, a lecture or similar type of audio files.

In order to be able to share an audio resource on iConnect-Online, you must be logged in. Before you can share it on iConnect-Online, please upload your audio resource to one of the following (free) web services: odeo, Podcast Alley or podOmatic

1. After logging in, go to the group to which you want to contribute a video.
2. In the “Create Content” menu on the right-hand side of the page, click on “Create Audio Resource”

   

3. Think of an expressive title.
4. Please provide the URL of one of the supported audio-sharing services
5. Briefly describe the content of your resource.
6. Now, please select tags and a location. This helps others to find your audio resource more quickly when searching by keywords or location.
7. You may now select other groups (of which you must be a member) where you would like to publish your resource additionally.
8. Finally, click “preview” to view or save in order to publish your audio resource.

NOTE: You cannot upload an audio resource that has been saved on your computer as a file.
NOTE2: There is one other way to add an audio resource: Click on Resources in the gray main menu on each page and then select create an audio resource.
