IICD organised from 29th November - 2nd December 2010 in Tema, Ghana a Cross Country learning event with all Livelihood partners from Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Ecuador, Ghana, Mali, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia to exchange experiences with each other on How ICT has accelerated the development in their countries and programmes.
